An experienced Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue to be based in Nairobi.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Work with and expand current prospect database across various business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
  • Develop a sales plan and attend industry events to build relationships with key channel partners in the retail space.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and prepare sales analysis and reports
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
  • Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers. Enhance own development by staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge
Professional Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business related field
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in direct sales
• Proven ability to generate new business
• Experience in Software Solution sales

Personal Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative sales approach
• Organized with good attention to detail

Young energetic person, ready to travel all parts of Kenya with geographical knowledge of the channel distribution market.
